Working Principle
Flue gas is drawn into the natural flue by the induced draft fan and enters the flue gas acceleration chamber inside the dust removal box through the smoke outlet. Since the cross-sectional area of the acceleration chamber is smaller than that of the natural flue, high-speed airflow is generated by self-excitation phenomenon. The high-speed airflow drives flue gas into the water pool rapidly, and a large number of dust particles are separated and settled underwater relying on water adhesion. The separated flue gas flows into the deceleration chamber with a larger cross-sectional area for buffering, and then enters the next acceleration chamber to repeat the purification process. Finally, the purified flue gas is discharged into the atmosphere through the dust removal smoke outlet and natural flue.
