Structural Composition
It is mainly composed of air inlet pipe, air outlet pipe, cabinet body, ash hopper, ash cleaning device, flow guide device, airflow distribution plate, filter cartridges and electric control device. Filter cartridges can be installed vertically or obliquely on tube sheets, and vertical installation delivers better ash cleaning performance.
Working Principle
After dust-laden gas enters the ash hopper, coarse dust particles settle down under gravity and inertia force. Fine dust flows into the filtering chamber and adheres to the filter material surface via Brownian diffusion and screening effect, while purified gas is discharged through the exhaust pipe. When the operating resistance reaches the set value, the PLC system triggers pulse valves to inject compressed air reversely into filter cartridges to shake off dust into the ash hopper. The equipment resumes normal filtration after ash cleaning is completed.
Filter Cartridge Materials
Polyester fiber filter material features smooth surface, suitable for highly sticky dust. Anti-static treatment can effectively avoid dust adhesion.
Membrane-coated filter cartridges and hydrophobic PTFE membrane cartridges have surface pore sizes of 0.2-3μm with excellent water resistance, ideal for high-humidity working conditions.
Glass fiber and aramid fiber cartridges can withstand temperature up to 260℃ and are applicable to high-temperature environments.
Features
It boasts high filtration efficiency. The pleated cartridge structure provides large effective filtering area per unit volume, achieving fine dust removal efficiency up to 99.99% and stably controlling dust emission concentration below 5mg/m³.
With compact structure, it offers 3 to 5 times larger filtering area than traditional bag dust collectors under the same cabinet volume, saving about 40% floor space.
Equipped with reliable pulse jet cleaning system, it can dynamically adjust injection pressure, frequency and duration according to actual working conditions, with residual resistance recovery rate over 95% after cleaning.
The equipment is easy to maintain. Filter cartridges can be replaced effortlessly, and the modular design enables separate disassembly and replacement of filter units, injection assemblies and ash hoppers.
