Before industrial wastewater enters the biochemical system, it must undergo pretreatment to remove suspended solids, oils and macromolecular substances, creating a stable and suitable living environment for subsequent microorganisms. The effect of pretreatment directly determines the success or failure of the entire sewage treatment system.


Step 1: Balance the water quality and quantity

Function: In industrial production, the drainage is uneven. The regulating tank can collect and mix water at different times, making the water quality and quantity uniform and stable, and avoiding impact on subsequent treatment units.


Step 2: Separate the suspended solids from the oil


Core equipment: Air flotation machine


Function: By generating a large number of fine bubbles, they adhere to suspended particles (such as SS) and oils (such as animal and vegetable oils) in the wastewater, forming a "bubble-particle" complex. Due to its density being less than that of water, it rises rapidly, thereby achieving solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. It is the key to pretreatment in industries such as food, slaughtering, and petrochemicals.


3. Step 3: Sedimentation and separation


Core equipment: Inclined tube sedimentation tank


Function: By taking advantage of the principle of gravitational sedimentation and installing inclined tube assemblies in the sedimentation zone, the sedimentation area is significantly increased, the sedimentation efficiency is enhanced, and fine suspended particles and chemical flocs in the water are effectively removed.


4. Step 4: Sludge dewatering


Core equipment: Screw press sludge dewatering machine


Function: Pretreatment and biochemical treatment will produce a large amount of sludge. The screw press utilizes the principle of screw extrusion to continuously and efficiently dewater sludge, transforming the flowing sludge into mud cakes with a lower moisture content. This significantly reduces the volume of sludge, facilitating subsequent transportation and treatment.
