Filter element: Strip-shaped filter bags made of textile filter cloth or non-woven fabric.

Filtration accuracy: Usually can reach 5-10 milligrams per cubic meter.

The filter materials are diverse (such as anti-static, water-repellent and oil-repellent, membrane-coated, etc.) and can cope with complex working conditions.

High structural strength, stable equipment resistance and long service life.

It is suitable for handling large volumes of dust with certain abrasiveness, such as in cement, metallurgy, and wood processing industries.

2. Pulse cartridge dust collector

Filter element: A cylindrical component formed by folding polyester fiber filter paper into a pleated shape.

Filtration accuracy: Higher, usually reaching 1-5 milligrams per cubic meter, or even lower.

Features and advantages

It occupies a small area and has a high space utilization rate (under the same filtration area, its volume is smaller than that of bag filters).

Easy to install and replace, and simple to maintain.

It is suitable for handling ultra-fine, dry and weakly viscous dust, such as laser cutting fumes, welding fumes, powder feeding, etc.
