The cyclone water curtain cabinet is an environmental protection equipment commonly used for spray paint waste gas treatment. It combines the advantages of water curtain and cyclone structure, which can efficiently remove paint mist and other pollutants from waste gas.
1. Structural Composition
1.1 Water Curtain Part
It generally includes water curtain plate, water tank and circulating water pump. The circulating water pump pumps water from the water tank at the bottom of the cabinet to the upper part of the water curtain plate. The water flows down along the water curtain plate to form a uniform water screen for capturing pollutants in waste gas.
1.2 Cyclone Part
As the core part of the cyclone water curtain cabinet, it is internally equipped with cyclone cylinder and swirling guide rail devices. The special structure of the cyclone part enables the waste gas to form swirling flow, which strengthens the contact and mixing effect between waste gas and water.
1.3 Air Outlet Part
It is located at the rear of the cabinet. The interior is equipped with defogging fillers and filter layers to further remove moisture and fine particles in the waste gas, ensuring that the purified gas meets discharge standards.
1.4 Water Circulation System
The system consists of water tank, circulating water pump, circulating water pipes and nozzles. The circulating water pump extracts water from the water tank and transports it to the water curtain plate and cyclone nozzles through circulating pipelines to form water curtain and spraying effect. After purification, the water flows back to the water tank for cyclic reuse.
2. Working Principle
Under the traction of the negative pressure fan, the waste gas containing paint mist firstly enters the water curtain part and contacts with the water screen on the water curtain plate. Most of the paint mist is adsorbed by water and washed into the water tank. Then the residual waste gas enters the cyclone part and rotates at high speed inside the cyclone device. A gas-liquid emulsification reaction occurs among paint mist, swirling airflow and water. Under the action of centrifugal force, paint mist particles are fully mixed and separated from water, and solid particles sink to the bottom of the water tank. After separation, the gas enters the air outlet part. After further purification through the environmental protection filler water barrier layer and filter layer, the clean gas is discharged outdoors by the fan.
