The waste gas treatment project mainly consists of a gas collection system and a purification processing system. The technological process includes five core sections: particle removal section, activated carbon adsorption section, electric heating catalytic section, desorption section and automatic control system. Activated carbon utilizes its microporous adsorption characteristics to adsorb and concentrate organic solvents from high-air-volume and low-concentration waste gas. The purified gas can be discharged directly up to standard.
Waste gas is delivered into the combustion furnace by a blower and electrically heated to 250-300°C. Under the action of catalysts, organic pollutants are oxidized and decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. The high-temperature flue gas passes through heat regenerators, where most of the heat is absorbed. After temperature reduction, the clean gas is discharged through the chimney. Generally, the regenerative catalytic combustion system is equipped with three regenerative chambers. Controlled by the PLC program, waste gas undergoes cyclic operation: preheating in the heated regenerative chamber, oxidation reaction in the combustion chamber, heat release in the regenerative chamber, and final emission. Part of the purified gas is diverted to the third chamber to purge residual untreated waste gas.
