Diameter and Height
PP spray tower with 1.2m diameter and 3.5m height (two spraying layers and three filtering layers).
PP spray tower with 1.5m diameter and 3.5m height (designed for 10,000m³/h air volume, two spraying layers and three filtering layers).
Theoretical design with 1.6m calculated diameter and 2.8m height (based on empty tower velocity of 1.5m/s and residence time of 2 seconds).
Conventional diameter range: 1.2m to 1.8m.
Conventional height range: 2.5m to 4.5m, which meets the space requirements of 600mm packing layer and 600-800mm spraying layer.

Waste Gas Characteristics
Flow rate, temperature, humidity and acidity directly determine the tower diameter and height. High-concentration acidic waste gas requires thicker packing layers and spraying layers.
Treatment Efficiency Requirements
When the purification rate is required to exceed 90%, it is necessary to increase packing height and spraying layers, which enlarges the overall tower size.
Material Selection
PP material: Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, suitable for medium and low air volume with relatively compact size.
Stainless steel / Fiberglass: High strength and high temperature resistance, applicable for high air volume or high-temperature waste gas with larger structural size.
