Dust collection and control project for the entire metal processing workshop

Project Overview

A large metal products processing enterprise in South China generates a large amount of metal dust at multiple workstations such as grinding, cutting and welding, and urgently needs an efficient and centralized dust removal system.

Solution

We have tailor-made a fully covered central dust removal system for it. The system takes the pulse bag dust collector as its core and, through a carefully designed underground pipeline network and dust collection hoods, uniformly collects and centrally treats the dust from dozens of dust-generating points. The dust collector adopts anti-static membrane-coated filter material, which is safe and efficient.

Project achievements

The working environment in the workshop has been revolutionarily improved, with air quality significantly enhanced, effectively safeguarding the health of employees. The system has a high degree of automation, is easy to maintain, and the collected metal dust can be recycled and reused, achieving a unity of environmental and economic benefits.
