Working Principle

It captures airborne particulate matters onto collectors by means of electric field force so as to purify flue gas. Inside the device, high-voltage electric field attracts charged fine particles to electrode plates, effectively removing dust, fume, oil mist and other harmful substances from waste gas. It also prevents harmful particulates from harming human body and ensures clean and healthy air environment.
By utilizing electric field effect, the equipment collects solid particles and liquid droplets in waste gas to realize gas purification. Its core working mechanism is to charge solid particles and liquid droplets in exhaust gas, then achieve adsorption and filtration via electric field force.

2. Structural Design of Electric Tar Precipitator

The equipment consists of electrodes, collecting plates, spraying system as well as waste gas inlet and outlet. Among them, electrodes and collecting plates are core components. The spraying system sprays cleaning liquid for internal washing, while gas inlet and outlet are used for connecting flue gas pipelines.

3. Operation Mechanism

The operation is divided into two main phases: electric field working phase and cleaning phase.During electric field operation, waste gas passes through the electric field between electrodes and collecting plates, and particulates and liquid droplets are trapped on collecting plates.In the cleaning process, the spraying system sprays cleaning fluid to wash away attached pollutants, completing exhaust gas purification.

4. Maintenance Requirements

  • Regularly clean collecting plates to keep surface clean.

  • Periodically inspect connection status between electrodes and collecting plates for stable operation.

  • Replace cleaning liquid regularly to avoid secondary pollution to waste gas.

  • Check sealing performance frequently to prevent air leakage.

  • Examine wear condition of electrodes and collecting plates and replace worn parts timely.
