Working Principle
Pollutants in waste gas are transferred into the liquid phase through sufficient gas-liquid contact to realize purification. Alkaline absorption liquid is used for chemical neutralization of acidic odor gas; acidic absorption liquid is adopted for alkaline odor gas; water-soluble organic substances are dissolved in water by physical absorption principle.

Tower Body
It is generally made of corrosion-resistant materials such as polypropylene (PP) and fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), mostly in cylindrical shape.
Spray Device
It consists of spray pipes, nozzles and circulating pumps. The circulating pump transports absorption liquid from the bottom to the top of the tower, and the liquid is evenly sprayed on the packing layer through nozzles.
Packing Layer
High-efficiency packings such as Raschig ring, Pall ring and multi-faceted hollow balls are filled inside to increase gas-liquid contact area and improve mass transfer efficiency.
Defogger
Installed on the top of the tower to separate a small amount of moisture carried by purified gas, ensuring clean and dry exhaust gas.
Circulating Water Tank
It is used for storing absorption liquid, which is circulated inside the tower by the circulating pump.
