Project Overview

In the feed production process, the main raw materials are grains and oil scraps, supplemented by auxiliary materials such as fish meal, fish slurry, meat and bone meal, and silkworm chrysalis powder as well as unicellular organisms. During the feed production process, grains, fish meal and fish slurry emit odor with steam after high-temperature cooking. The workshop is filled with strong fishy stench, which endangers the occupational health of workshop workers and disturbs the life of surrounding residents. The new construction project of the special feed branch company is nearing completion. This project is mainly designed for organized waste gas treatment with a total treatment capacity of 80000 m³/h to meet relevant national emission standards.

Waste Gas Type

Fish protein undergoes autolysis to generate various amino acids, which are decomposed by bacteria to produce sulfur-containing compounds, ammonia, biogenic amines and organic acids with strong stench. In addition, fats, oils and food scraps will also produce unpleasant odors. Therefore, the main waste gas generated is volatile organic compounds (VOCs).

Working Principle of Photo-oxygen Purifier

After the odorous gas is delivered into the photo-oxygen purifier by exhaust equipment, UV ultraviolet beams are used to decompose oxygen molecules in the air to generate free oxygen. Due to the unbalanced positive and negative electrons carried by free oxygen, it combines with oxygen molecules to further generate ozone.
