Overview of Waste Gas Treatment Equipment Project

This project is mainly used to treat waste gas generated in the leaching oil production process. The leaching oil production method uses oil-soluble solvent to extract grease from raw materials through wetting penetration, molecular diffusion and convection diffusion. During the oil production process, a large amount of grass odor, bean odor, fatty acid and n-hexane used in soybean production will be generated. Soybean sewage and refining process will produce a large amount of ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other pollutants. The total waste gas treatment capacity of this project reaches 500,000 m³/h.

Waste Gas Type and Treatment Method

Waste gas type: Bean odor, non-methane total hydrocarbons generated during soybean production, ammonia and hydrogen sulfide produced by soybean decay.
Treatment process: The original pipelines are combined to collect soybean odor waste gas. The waste gas is treated by pretreatment and microwave photo-oxygen purification, and then discharged up to standard by induced draft fan. Sewage waste gas is treated by biological spray tower and microwave photo-oxygen equipment, and finally discharged after reaching the emission standard.
The waste gas generated during blending, flaking, dust removal, drying, expansion and cooling processes is transported to the water spray tower for cooling and dust removal pretreatment after passing through the original cyclone dust collector. After being purified by advanced treatment equipment, the gas is discharged up to standard.

Project Evaluation

This project has passed the acceptance of environmental protection department. The malodorous gas treatment efficiency reaches 98%, and the treatment effect is far higher than the local emission standard. The irritating odor around the factory area is eliminated. It effectively protects the occupational health of employees and the surrounding atmospheric environment
