Clean residual paint, dust and impurities in time after using the spray booth to prevent blockage of the exhaust system. Regularly wipe floors, walls and ceilings with vacuum cleaners or wet cloths to avoid dust accumulation affecting the spraying effect.
2. Filtration System Maintenance
The air filtration system of the spray booth directly affects the spraying quality. It is necessary to regularly inspect and replace primary, medium and high-efficiency filters (replaced every 3-6 months as recommended). Replace damaged or blocked filters immediately to ensure smooth air circulation.
3. Equipment Inspection and Lubrication
Regularly inspect fans, motors, transmission belts and other equipment of the spray booth to ensure normal operation. Add lubricating oil to moving parts such as bearings and chains regularly to reduce wear and prolong service life.
4. Electrical System Inspection
Regularly check the lighting, control system and exhaust equipment inside the spray booth to prevent circuit aging and short circuit. Ensure all electrical equipment meets explosion-proof standards to avoid safety accidents caused by sparks.
5. Temperature and Humidity Control
Keep the suitable temperature of 20-25℃ and humidity of 50-70% inside the spray booth. Too high or too low temperature and humidity will affect paint drying effect and even cause paint surface defects.
6. Regular Professional Maintenance
It is recommended to invite professional technicians for comprehensive maintenance every six months, including air pressure test and equipment calibration, to ensure the spray booth is always in the best working state.
