I. Types of Spray Booth Environmental Protection Equipment
1.Dry Spray Booth
It is mainly composed of main body, air supply system, exhaust system and paint mist filtration system. Air intake filters are installed on the ceiling to preliminarily purify natural air entering the booth. Explosion-proof lighting lamps are mounted outside the top to ensure the illumination inside reaches over 500 lux. Ground rail vehicles can be adopted to transport heavy and large workpieces.
1.Water Curtain Spray Booth
It collects and removes paint mist through flowing water curtain, and the exhaust device prevents paint mist diffusion so as to maintain a good working environment. It is made up of chamber body, water tank, water curtain plate, water circulation system, spraying system, gas-water separation system, slag removal system and exhaust system.
3.Water Cyclone Spray Booth
It mostly adopts top air supply and bottom exhaust design and removes paint mist by water cyclone devices. Its components include chamber body, air supply system, paint mist filtration system, exhaust system, water circulation system and water cyclone units.
In general, the selection of spray booths shall take staff health, exhaust emission standards and product quality guarantee as core criteria. Proper application can effectively treat paint mist, improve finished product qualification rate and realize internal and external environmental protection with great popularization value.

II. Installation and Commissioning of Spray Booth Environmental Protection Equipment
1.Place the spray booth on flat ground. Level it with iron sheets or hard fillers if the ground is uneven.
2.Fill water into the water tank up to the specified level, generally 10 centimeters below the tank top edge.
3.Start the fan and check its operating condition.
4.Check the water flow distribution of stainless steel water curtain to ensure even flow on the left, middle and right sides, and level the curtain if uneven.
5.Adjust the pipeline valve on the right side of the water curtain. Turn clockwise to reduce water flow and counterclockwise to increase water flow until reaching the ideal working state.
6.Check the fan rotation direction to ensure blades run in the indicated direction for smooth outward air exhaust.
7.Start formal operation after all above adjustments are completed.
