Working Principle
Water curtain filtration: Waste gas firstly passes through the water curtain area. The circulating water pump forms an even water film to capture particles and paint mist for primary purification.
Cyclone separation: The gas enters the cyclone separation chamber. High-speed rotating airflow generates centrifugal force. Heavy particles and droplets are thrown to the inner wall and fall into the water tank.
Secondary filtration: Equipped with activated carbon or high-efficiency filters to remove fine particles and harmful substances for higher emission standards.
Gas discharge: The multi-stage purified gas is discharged by fans into the atmosphere or subsequent treatment systems.

Filling balls and demisting plates: Further purify air and remove peculiar smell and pollutants.
High-speed cyclone guide device: Realize gas-liquid emulsification and separate paint mist from liquid.
