The cyclone water curtain cabinet is an environmental protection equipment commonly used for paint spraying waste gas treatment. It combines the advantages of water curtain and cyclone structure to efficiently remove paint mist and other pollutants in waste gas.

Ⅰ. Structural Composition
Water Curtain Section
It generally includes water curtain plates, water tanks and circulating water pumps. The circulating pump transports water from the bottom tank to the top of the water curtain plate. The water flows down to form a uniform water curtain for capturing pollutants in waste gas.
Cyclone Section
As the core component of the equipment, it is internally equipped with cyclone cylinders or swirling guide rails. The special structure enables the waste gas to form strong swirling flow and strengthens the mixing and contact effect between flue gas and water.
Air Outlet Section
Located at the rear of the cabinet, it is equipped with demisting fillers and filter layers to further remove moisture and fine particles. The purified gas can be discharged up to standard.
Water Circulation System
The system consists of water tank, circulating water pump, circulating water pipes and nozzles. The pump extracts water from the tank and transports it to water curtain plates and nozzles to form water curtain and spraying flow. After purification, the water flows back to the tank for recycling.
Ⅱ. Working Principle
Driven by the negative pressure fan, paint mist-containing waste gas firstly enters the water curtain section. Most paint mist is adsorbed and washed into the water tank by the flowing water curtain. The residual waste gas flows into the cyclone section and rotates at high speed. Intense gas-liquid emulsification reaction occurs among paint mist, airflow and water. Under centrifugal force, paint mist particles are fully mixed and separated from airflow, then sinking to the bottom of the water tank. The separated gas enters the air outlet section and is further purified by waterproof filler and filter layers before being discharged outdoors by the fan.
Ⅲ. Characteristics and Advantages
High Purification Efficiency
Integrating water curtain, spraying and cyclone technologies, the waste gas purification efficiency can reach more than 90%.
Convenient Operation and Maintenance
The process is simple with easy management, operation and maintenance, causing minimal impact on workshop production.
Wide Application Range
Suitable for continuous and intermittent waste gas emission. It can purify various pollutants simultaneously, featuring low pressure drop and large operating flexibility.
High-quality Material
The cabinet can be made of 304 stainless steel with excellent performance of fire resistance, high temperature resistance and deformation resistance. It is easy to clean and maintain.
