Structural Composition
Cyclone separation unit: Composed of cyclone barrels and flow deflectors. It forms centrifugal force field for particle separation. Parallel design increases air volume and saves floor space.
Spray adsorption unit: Consists of spray layers and packing layers. Equipped with atomizing nozzles and hollow-solid balls to expand gas-liquid contact area.
Water circulation unit: Made up of water pumps, pipelines and water tanks. The circulating washing liquid reduces reagent consumption and operating cost.
Material matching system: Various materials are selected according to waste gas properties, such as 316L stainless steel, FRP and lined carbon steel.
Cyclone Tower

Working Principle
Gas introduction and acceleration: Waste gas is sucked into the tower by negative pressure fan and accelerated to form high-speed rotating airflow.
Centrifugal separation: Under centrifugal force, heavy particles are thrown to the tower wall and separated by gas-liquid emulsification.
Gas-liquid purification: The packing layer and spray system further remove residual pollutants by physical adsorption and chemical reaction.
Final discharge: Qualified clean gas is exhausted from the top, while impurities settle at the tank bottom for regular cleaning.
Design Parameters
Dust-laden gas: Empty tower velocity 0.8-1.0m/s, residence time 3-4s.
Soluble waste gas: Empty tower velocity 0.4-0.6m/s, residence time 8-12s.
Ammonia-containing waste gas: Empty tower velocity 0.3-0.6m/s, residence time 7-12s.
Acidic waste gas: Empty tower velocity 1m/s, residence time 5-6s.
